- Any cancellation must be advised and duly acknowledged by East Asia Royale Hotel at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the guest’s check in time (12:00nn) to avoid a one (1) night cancellation charge.
- For Peak Seasons, any cancellation received within 72 hours prior to the guests’ arrival shall merit full charges equivalent to the actual duration of the guest’s stay.
- In the event of “No Show” or “Early Departure”, all guaranteed reservations will be charged equivalent to a maximum of one (1) night stay.
- Check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 NN.
- The Check-out time is not later than 12:00 NN
- Late Check-out is charged accordingly.
